The Monte-Carlo TV XChanges announces Top Speakers

The TV Xchanges will take place during the 49th Monte-Carlo Television Festival (7-11 June 2009)

The TV Xchanges, a two day event on June 9 and 10, will gather top executives from production companies, networks programming departments, financial organizations, governmental and regional institutions.
